CONCLUSION
on the practical value of mini-microscope, manufactured at company Kiev-Donbas
Fertility tool ARBOR enables to establish estrogen level in a woman’s body based upon saliva crystallisation. The method is sufficiently accurate, simple, and accessible to all physicians-practitioners and can be applied to ovarian function screening.
In comparison to basal temperature charting, the advantages of this method are simplicity as well as possibility to accurately establish conception date. The method can also be used to determine the first postnatal ovulation. During puberty and menopause it enables to assess ovarian hormonal function and to apply timely treatment in case of disorder. The method application increases the possibility to bear a child of the gender wished.
All the advantages mentioned allow recommending the microscope
ARBOR for serial production and public use, especially for family doctors.

The creation and application in practice of devices designed to prevent malfunctions of female reproductive system is necessary to gather scientifically based data on the Ukrainian population health status in XXI century, also to improve the already existing mother and child health care system.
The prevention of endocrine disorders is one of important measures aimed to maintain the female health and working capacity at different age. Nevertheless, the complexity of existing methods for ovarian function testing and inability to apply them for girls or virgin women, creates the ground to apply the simpler and accessible to everyone self-control devices.
The fertility tool ARBOR, created at company Kiev-Donbas holding counsel with the specialists of 2nd Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of Medical Development Institute of Kiev, is a convenient personal use device for female health self-control. Besides, it can be used by any physician of different background - obstetrician-gynaecologist or gynaecologist-endocrinologist (from communal, regional hospital or clinics) for screening and treating ovarian function disorders of women at different age.
The use of fertility tool ARBOR can help to establish fertile and infertile menstrual cycle phases. It is a necessary natural contraception device, which also helps in choosing the best time for conception. It can be used as a supplementary device when examining many gynaecological disorders.
Based on the above, minimicroscope ARBOR can be recommended
for public distribution and practical application in health care system.

CONCLUSIONS
January 26, 1993
The fertility kit ARBOR, created at company Kiev-Donbas holding counsel with specialists of 2nd Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of Medical Development Institute of Kiev, is a convenient personal use device not only for patient with a certain endocrine pathology, but also for physicians - obstetricians-gynaecologists and gynaecologists-endocrinologists (communal, regional hospital or clinic physicians) of different background. The simplicity of use allows the patient herself to follow arborisation phenomenon and to assess both normal and pathological ovulation.
Its application is especially valuable in programming the ovulation for women with endocrine infertility. Besides, we consider useful expanding the minimicroscope’s application in cytological research.
CONCLUSIONS. We recommend to produce fertility kit ARBOR and to apply it in practice in health care system
